New Moto 360: excellent design, new size, the price of $ 300

But if the "apple" is 38 hours and 42 mm, then the Moto 360 - 42 and 46 mm. 42-mm model has a 1.37-inch screen with a resolution of 360 × 325 pixels, a larger version - 1.56-inch screen with a resolution of 360 × 330 pixels. And, as you can understand, ugly black bar at the bottom left in its place. Motorola's chief designer admitted that not figured out how to get rid of it without sacrificing functionality.

One of the main complaints about the first generation of Moto 360 was the speed and not too powerful processor. This year, the engineers installed to watch quad-core chip Snapdragon 400, clocked at 1.2 GHz, which is used by other manufacturers in the last year. However, even now it is working tolerably well.

Another improvement was the autonomy. At least on paper. Now Moto 360 supplied with a large size battery 400 mA ∙ h and smaller - 300 mA ∙ h. The manufacturer claims that this battery clock can work without recharging 1.5 hours.

New Moto 360, judging by the photos, look great. Key competitors - it is LG G Watch R, Samsung Gear S2 and LG Urbane. However, these watches can not offer customers a customizable clock appearance, in contrast to from Motorola.

In addition, Motorola introduced another modification of the Moto 360 - version Sport. It is distinguished by an improved moisture and dust protection, built-in heart rate monitor, GPS-receiver. The price for Sport-version has not been announced.

As before, the user can customize the appearance of hours Moto Maker (this option is not available in Russia). Their price ranges from 300 to 450 dollars. US sales will begin later this month, about the emergence of new watches in other regions of the information yet.
