"Yandex" and Xiaomi presented the Smart display with "Alice"

Xiaomi and Yandex submitted first collaborative device - Smart display with built-in "Alice". With it, you can watch videos, listen to music, control a smart home, call loved ones, and most importantly, not only hear, but also see the answers of the voice assistant.

The gadget is equipped with a touch screen with a diagonal of 10.1 inches and a resolution of 1280 × 800 pixels - you can control the device by voice or pressing. All answers are duplicated by text or supporting information. For example, "Alice" on request will be able to display the weather, traffic jams or a list of cafes where you can dine.

Also, the device has a 5 megapixel webcam, which allows you to make video calls via Telegram. It is enough to tell “Alice” who you need to call, and you can communicate with the person via video link. When the camera is not needed, it can be closed with a shutter.

The cost of new items is 21,990 rubles. By pre-order in the period from September 7 to 13, the Xiaomi Smart Display with Alice will cost 18,990 rubles, and in the first week of sales (from September 14 to 20) - 19,990.

You can buy the gadget in stores of authorized Xiaomi partners, as well as in M.Video, Technopark, DNS and other electronics stores. All buyers will receive a three-month subscription "Plus with Amediateka" as a gift.

Apparently, the gadget is based on the Xiaomi Smart Home Screen Pro 8, which was presented in China in August. But the novelty for the Russian market works only from the power supply.
