The problem occurs after installing the monthly fix package KB5029351 - the company started distributing it this week.

Fortunately, you can fix the problem yourself without waiting for a new Microsoft patch - you just need to roll back the changes. They write on the Web that after that the system is completely restored. Apparently, the company has already removed update KB5029351 from affected systems. However, it is still available for installation.
