Xiaomi showed a 14-inch tablet Pad 6 Max at the price of a basic iPad

One of the new Xiaomi products shown at the big presentation on August 14, became Xiaomi Pad 6 Max tablet is an addition to the line, submitted in June. This is the largest model in the series with a 14-inch screen.

It uses a dual main camera with a 50MP main module and a 2MP depth sensor. There is a 30-megapixel selfie camera on the front, which is complemented by a ToF sensor for face unlock. There is also an indicator that will blink red when the app tries to access data from the camera or microphone. At this time, a prompt will appear on the screen to grant access or reject the request.

Responsible for performance Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, supplemented with up to 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of internal memory. The tablet is powered by a 10,000mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging. It can also be used as a power bank, charging other appliances up to 33W.

The tablet comes with Android 13 out of the box. The system supports split-screen mode (up to four applications), pre-installed WPS Office (moreover, a PC version adapted for tablets) and much more. Along with the tablet, they introduced a removable keyboard with a trackpad and a stylus that can be used as a laser pointer during presentations. Both accessories will need to be purchased separately.

Xiaomi Pad 6 Max will be available in black and silver colors. The prices are:

• 8 + 256 GB - 3799 yuan (≈53,200 rubles);
• 12 + 256 GB - 3999 yuan (≈56,000 rubles);
• 12 + 512 GB - 4399 yuan (≈61,600 rubles);
• 16 GB + 1 TB - 4799 yuan (≈67,200 rubles).

The trackpad and stylus pointer were priced at 799 and 499 yuan, respectively. Also in China, sets with one or two accessories will be offered at a discount.
