The docking station can be connected directly to the sewer and forget about dirty water.
Xiaomi has expanded its line of robotic vacuum cleaners with the new Mijia All-in-One Sweeping and Mopping Robot 2. This is an improved version of Sweeping and Mopping Robot 2, submitted in April.
An important difference from the first generation was the fully automatic water supply system: the robot can connect to the water supply and sewerage, so that he himself replenishes clean water supplies and gets rid of used. There is also a compartment for detergent, the dispenser is also automatic.
Like the standard version, this model rinses and dries the cloth after each wet cleaning, and also calls at the base for intermediate cleaning every 10 minutes to get water and not carry the collected dirt at home.
The suction power was increased to 6000 Pa (in the basic version - 5000 Pa). According to the manufacturer, this model also washes 75% better in the corners: the robot turns diagonally and rotates the rags, cleaning the floor near the wall.
Transferring dust from the robot to the docking station bag takes only 10 seconds. The manufacturer claims that the bag will last for about 75 days.
Building maps, avoiding obstacles and other standard features are present. Voice control is only supported through Chinese XiaoAI.
Xiaomi Mijia All-in-One Sweeping and Mopping Robot 2 already available for pre-order in China. The release is expected on April 14 at a price of 3499 yuan (≈35,600 rubles).
