ESR Unveils MagSafe 6-in-1 Charger

Chinese accessory manufacturer ESR has unveiled a new 100W 6-in-1 Charging Station. This is the first Apple-certified 6-in-1 GaN charger with MagSafe support.

The device allows you to charge up to three devices simultaneously by wire and three wirelessly. So, you can simultaneously power your iPhone, Apple Watch, AirPods, iPad, MacBook, and some accessory like a mouse or keyboard.

Thanks to the official MagSafe certification, the new ESR is able to charge the iPhone 12, 13 and 14 at a maximum power of 15 watts. Apple Watch 7 and 8 will also charge at maximum speed - like from a bundled charger - just like AirPods.

For wired charging, there are two USB-C and one USB-A connectors. Their power depends on how many ports are used. If you connect only one gadget via USB-C, you can get all 100 watts. Using any wireless charging pad reduces the power to 65W, increasing devices further will redistribute the available power again.

When fully loaded, the device will output 40W from the first USB-C, 20W from the second, 5W from USB-A, and the remaining 25 watts will be distributed to wireless charging, providing the maximum available power for all devices.

Charging itself is connected to the network with a detachable cable and does not require an additional power supply. The package includes a wire of 1.8 meters.

ESR 100W 6-in-1 Charging Station can only be ordered through crowdfunding for now Kickstarter. It can be bought at a price of 1,206 Hong Kong dollars (≈14,200 rubles), orders are expected to be sent in October.
