Zucchini rolls with cottage cheese, garlic and dill

Fragrant zucchini rolls with cottage cheese are an ideal cold snack. It is simple and quick to prepare and it turns out to be really tasty.

Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 200-250 g
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Dill 1 small bunch
- Sour cream 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Small zucchini 2-3 pieces
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. a spoon
Cooking method
Beat the cottage cheese with a blender or rub through a sieve to make it airy. Pass the garlic through a press. Chop the dill.
Mix cottage cheese with garlic, herbs, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Slice the courgettes lengthwise into flat strips. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the courgettes for 1-2 minutes on each side until they are tender. Place on paper towels and cool.
The thicker you cut the zucchini, the longer it will take to fry.
Take one strip of zucchini, brush with filling and wrap in a roll. In the same way, prepare a snack from the remaining blanks.
Put the finished rolls in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
