Asus Zenfone 10 compact flagship with wireless charging unveiled

Asus officially introduced new smartphone Zenfone 10. The flagship has retained the design and dimensions of its predecessor, but differs in a number of technical parameters.

The gadget still has the same 5.9-inch AMOLED display, which keeps it in the exclusive club of compact phones. The screen resolution is 1080 x 2400 pixels, the refresh rate is up to 144 Hz, and the peak brightness is 1100 nits. There is Gorilla Glass Victus protection.

The device runs on a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip and has two configurations - with 8/16 GB of RAM and 128/512 GB of external storage. It is noted that the smartphone provides better performance in games compared to Zenfone 9.

The characteristics of the battery have not changed - the battery capacity is 4300 mAh. The same wired 30-watt HyperCharge is included. Numerous insiders who promised 5000 mAh, wrong. But the smartphone finally received support for wireless charging (up to 15 W).

The main camera of 50 megapixels has also remained the same. But there was a six-axis stabilization system of the second generation. There is also a 12MP ultra wide-angle camera and a 32MP front camera. Asus claims that now the smartphone shoots much better in night mode.

In addition, he learned to beautifully shoot objects in action right from his hands - moving people, cars, waterfalls, and so on. By the way, he is not afraid of water (IP68).

The Asus Zenfone 10 comes with a USB-C cable, a 30W charger, and a bumper case. The smartphone will be available immediately in five color options - black, white, red, green and blue. The start date of sales has not yet been announced, but prices in Europe are already known - from 800 to 930 euros (≈76,000 - 88,000 rubles).
