I am constantly asked what advice I can give to people who want to achieve positive changes in career and family life and to find a balance between these two components. Especially at the beginning of the new year I decided to share these tips.
Up to this point I have given advice to get up earlier. But now I realize that it is not suitable for everyone. I, thanks to the early rise, time to do a few things before the others wake up and start to distract my current tasks. In the morning, I write in the blog, checking social networks, make out e-mails and set priorities for the day.
Early ups convenient for me because I'm an early bird. But I know a lot of people who do the same job at night. Night - their comfortable time, because they are owls.
I realized that I need to come up with advice that works for everyone, regardless of lifestyle. Need advice, which will help people to cope with work, family, chores, and all the other things in their lives. But the council has to be true, so what I did I use and that helps me. And then it hit me.
Here's my advice: Exercise!
If I could give only one piece of advice, it is this: exercise every day, no matter what happens in your life. Even if you have to get up early for this or go back later. Engage every day.
I know what I am saying. Hardly a day passes without my training. I was engaged in the Christmas holidays and the New Year. I did not go to the gym, but ran for half an hour these days. I train travel. Most hotels have gyms around the clock. But even if not, I can do sit-ups and push-ups in his room.
Sure, exercise helps to maintain proper weight. And it is good for the health of the heart and lungs. But I train mostly to control stress. morning exerciseI do immediately after sleep, help me find peace in the early afternoon.
After I was moving and sweating, I was all day staying rational and focused, can keep emotions under control. And I know people who exercise in the evening, to get rid of the stress accumulated during the day.
It does not matter exactly when you train. The main thing - to deal with. On this depends your success.
