IPhone users can now edit WhatsApp messages too

WhatsApp for iOS appeared function of editing sent messages. The update is already available in the App Store for all users.

The option allows you to change the text within 15 minutes after sending it. To do this, you no longer need to delete the message and write a new one. However, you can only edit it on the device from which it was sent.

To use the function, you need to click on the message and hold it until the context menu appears, where you need to select "Edit". After that, you can make edits. Yes, everything is just like in Telegram.

You can edit the text in the allotted time as many times as you like. After making changes, the interlocutor will see the mark "Changed". However, they won't be able to view the edit history or the original version of the submission.
