The filling of fried minced meat, feta, cream cheese and oregano makes these baked squash really tender and tasty.
Cut off the tops from the squash, but do not discard. Scrape out the pulp and chop it.
Chop the garlic and lightly fry in a skillet with oil.
Add the minced meat and cook until it turns from pink to light brown.
Put the vegetable pulp to the meat. Fry for a few more minutes to soften.
Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Cool slightly.
Combine feta and cream cheese. Add to the minced meat and stir.
Stuff the squash with the resulting mixture. Place in mold and cover with cut tops.
Pour water into the mold. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 ° C for 30 minutes.
