Norwegian developers have opened access to the final version of Opera One, which announced back in April. The company calls it "the world's first browser with its own artificial intelligence."
The company's chatbot was named Aria. This is a free neural network built on the basis of ChatGPT and has access to the Internet. You can use it through the command line or the browser sidebar.
The functionality of the virtual assistant is in many ways similar to ChatGPT - you can chat with it, ask questions, translate news, make squeezes of large articles, write codes, and so on. In addition, it produces more detailed and relevant search results. If desired, the neural network can be turned off at any time.
Opera One also introduced the Tab Islands feature. It automatically groups open web pages based on their context. Islands can be moved, collapsed, or bookmarked.
In addition, the browser received a modular design. It is able to dynamically adapt based on user actions, bringing the most requested features to the fore.
Opera One is already available for free download on the company's website. There are versions for macOS, Windows and Linux.
