Curd cake with raisins

Ingredients
- Sugar 100 g
- Butter 80 g + for lubrication
- Cottage cheese with a fat content of 9% or more 130 g
- Egg 1 piece
- Flour 150 g + for sprinkling
- Baking powder 1¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Vanillin 1 pinch
- Salt 1 pinch
- Raisins 80 g
Cooking method
Beat the sugar and softened butter with a mixer for 5 minutes.
Add cottage cheese and beat the mixture well again.
Add the egg and mix with a mixer.
Combine flour, baking powder, vanillin and salt and sift.
Pour flour mass into butter and beat until smooth. The dough will be thick.
Add raisins and mix thoroughly.
Grease a baking dish with butter and flour. If the mold is silicone, you do not need to do this.

Place the dough in a mold and place it in an oven preheated to 170 ° C for 30-40 minutes.
Check the readiness with a wooden stick: it should come out of the cake dry.
Then leave the cake in the off oven for about 20 minutes.
