If you needed motivation to get back to the office.
Furniture At Work based furniture company research scientists from Leeds Beckett University (UK) and with the support of health professionals created 3D model of a woman of the future named Anna. It will look something like this remote worker in 70 years, experts say.
Anna has an incorrect posture, inflamed eyes, an extinct look, hands with crooked fingers and overweight. It is to such consequences that many years of sitting at a laptop on the bed and a sedentary lifestyle can lead.
Our model demonstrates the many side effects of screen exposure and sedentary work, and highlights the potential mental health issues associated with being in isolation.

But this is not the whole set. Experts add: Remote workers of the future will have a weak immune system due to lack of fresh air, increased anxiety and chronic depression.
In order not to turn into Anna, doctors recommend working at a comfortable desk, keeping the laptop on a stand so that it is approximately at eye level, and taking regular breaks to warm up.
And to save your eyes, you should follow the 20-20-20 rule - every 20 minutes, look away from the screen for 20 seconds and focus on some object 20 meters away.
