Sony Bravia TVs will support the Zoom for TV app from the Google Play store. True, to use the service, users will have to additionally buy a Bravia Cam camera.
The accessory costs $200 (≈17,000 rubles) and is not included with the TV set (with the exception of some models). But in addition to calls, it provides the ability to adjust the sound and image depending on your locations and distances to the TV, collaboration tools, and screen dimming in separate zones. All this makes video communication more realistic, the Japanese company noted.
In addition, the camera allows you to control the TV with gestures and is equipped with an alert sensor that warns you if children are sitting too close to the screen.
