Analysts figured out why Android users are switching to iPhone

Analysts at Consumer Intelligence Research Partners (CIRP) published new interesting report. It is dedicated to the reasons why Android smartphone users switch to iPhone. Here are the main reasons.

• Problems with the previous smartphone - 53%. The old device was not working properly due to outdated software, the need for repairs, or defects that affected the use of the device.
• New features - 26%. Users wanted a better camera, compatibility with specific accessories, or a more intuitive system interface.
• Price – 15%. A customer spent less on an iPhone than on an Android device with similar capabilities.
• Communication with the community - 6%. We are talking about users who need an iPhone to communicate with friends or family via iMessage or FaceTime.

It is quite logical that the study of the US market does not reflect global trends. In the US, one of the cheapest iPhones in the world, which, moreover, can be obtained almost free of charge when using certain tariffs of telecom operators. Meanwhile, in Russia, the demand for the iPhone is rapidly

declining - due to the high price, as well as the unavailability of applications and functions.
