Authorized Apple service centers close in Russia

Since the beginning of the year, several authorized Apple services have already stopped working in Russia. About it report "News".

So, the McLabs service was closed in Moscow. He no longer accepts equipment for maintenance, and gadgets previously handed over for repair are returned to their owners. The situation is similar with the B2X service in St. Petersburg.

Moscow service center "Brobrolab" collects 6 million rubles for the continuation of activities. According to the founder of the service, Dmitry Kiryanov, after the imposition of sanctions and Apple's withdrawal from Russia, the company's direct losses amount to 1.1 million rubles a month.

According to the Izvestia source, other authorized Apple service centers that do not belong to large companies or retailers like Re: Store or M.Video may close in the near future.

Now Apple does not supply parts to Russian services directly. Instead, a technique for warranty repair heading off

to services in the Baltic States, which increases both the cost of warranty service and the terms. The role of Russian services is reduced to receiving devices, coordinating work with Apple's foreign partner, and delivering gadgets for repairs and back.
