I could not pass up this post, because despite the fact that I eat mostly vegetarian food and very little meat, but sometimes I want to eat a good steak! A homemade burgers, cheeseburgers, I love even more. That is my family loves, and I have to adjust to. If a hamburger and cheeseburger everything is clear, the Big Mac, I could not make out the sauce, to repeat it at home. But now the big secret Big Mac Revealed!

6. Sauce. And so we finally got to the secret ingredient is a Big Mac, which makes it taste so special! If you get a grasp of the composition, it is possible to find lots of thickeners and other food supplements with terrible names. But in fact the sauce Big Mac - it's mayonnaise plus mustard, a little sugar, onion and turmeric (to give a yellowish color)! There is another option - plus mayonnaise ketchup and onions.
