The skydiver showed what happened to the iPhone after falling from a height of more than 4 kilometers

The answer was accidentally found out by skydiver Hutton Smith, who forgot his iPhone in his pocket during the next jump. The phone fell out, predictably.

Smith filmed his jump. Thanks to this, it is known exactly when the smartphone jumped out of his pants and from what specific height he fell - 4.27 kilometers. Experts calculated that he had to move at a speed of more than 160 kilometers per hour.

The phone was later found on the ground. Incredibly, he was completely unharmed. Smith noted that this is likely due to the Catalyst case and the swampy terrain where the gadget dived.

The video was originally published on TikTok, where he has already garnered over 900 comments. “There is nothing in between with the iPhone: they are either indestructible or crack when dropped onto carpet from a height of 30 centimeters,” wrote one user. Later, users uploaded the video to YouTube as well.
