The teaser of "Ghosts in Venice" - a new film about Hercule Poirot

20th Century Studios has released a trailer for The Haunting in Venice. This is the third film about the brilliant detective Hercule Poirot, played by Kenneth Branagh. He also acted as a director.

The film is based on the little-known book by Agatha Christie "Halloween Party", but the action in it takes place not in the UK, but in post-war Venice.

According to the plot, the famous Poirot retires and lives apart from society. However, one day he is persuaded to take part in a séance in a dilapidated palazzo. At this party, one of the guests dies, so the detective has to take up the old.

In addition to Branagh, the detective starred Michelle Yeoh ("Everything everywhere and at once”), Kyle Allen (“American Horror Story”), Camille Cotten (“House of Gucci”) and others.

The script was again written by Michael Green, who also worked on the previous two films in the series, Murder on the Orient Express andDeath on the Nile».

The Haunting in Venice will be released worldwide on September 15th.
