How to use the time in traffic jams
Tips Productivity / / December 19, 2019
The inhabitants of modern cities, and stoppers now found even in not very large cities are losing during the inevitable seemingly incredible amount of idle time. Use it to good use - it is a wonderful challenge for every person who dreams to achieve their goals effectively. Many of the tips, of course, are obvious and you probably do not apply their advisers, but something might seem new and useful.
First, we think about whether it is possible to try to avoid traffic jams. Here there are only three scenarios: you change the course of the travel route or transport. None of the methods can not be considered universal and therefore you should think about each of them. Carefully study the cyclicality of traffic jams and possible ways to avoid traffic. I will offer people a systematic record their daily observations - it can help later. Explore the surrounding streets may detour still exist. Try on some point to leave the car in the parking lot, taking advantage of public transport, or cutting off the walking path (private is much faster, although our weather was not always happy).
But if you still got stuck in traffic, it's worth thinking about the useful waste of time.
- The first and probably the most appropriate way to use the time I find listening to audio books.
- You can also consider ideas are born and even fix them, if not on paper, then the recorder to your mobile phone.
- You can make the necessary calls (use a headset if you're driving).
- You can try to do some simple exercises and pull tight muscles for a day.
- You can even bite if bothered about breakfast / dinner in advance.
- You can pick up someone, and this free space for one car, securing a conversation.
- You can behave according to the rules that would eliminate the cap quickly. It is not necessary to squeeze into any available space - "is not a crunch-miss it!"
All of these tips apply to the drivers, but if you are a passenger, the range of things you can do is enormous, from entertainment like movies and television, to complete the work with your PDA or even laptop.
If you have other interesting ways to use time lost in traffic jams - welcome to the comments.
