SpaceX people are building a spacecraft that runs on lunar water

A brave new world beyond the Earth's orbit. It remains to find water.
Brothers Robert, Ryan and Kirby Carlyle created startup Argo, in which they want to launch a space transport network using reusable ships. It is planned to fill them with water from the Moon.
The first device of the company will be called "Argonaut" (Argonaut) - in honor of the sailors from Greek mythology. It will use a "water plasma propulsion device". Other details have not yet been disclosed.
The developers are confident that their concept will untie space activities from the Earth and create a prosperous economy beyond low earth orbit (NOO).
This is currently not possible for three reasons. First, all existing orbital vehicles are LEO oriented. Second, they can only be used once. Thirdly, there is no method of refueling even a theoretically reusable vehicle.
We're looking at this as a California gold rush and we're going to commercialize water on the moon.
