Currently, content creators can offer subscriptions at $2.99, $4.99, and $9.99 per month. Twitter rules state that creators must be at least 18 years old and have 10,000 active members. users and they must tweet at least 25 times in the last 30 days to be eligible for monetization.
For now, Twitter's monetization program is only available to users in the US, but Musk said the company is working on expanding to other countries.
