"Daughter" Xiaomi introduced a series of smartphones Qin 3. They can help you fight gadget addiction.

The Chinese manufacturer Duoqin, part of the Xiaomi ecosystem, has shown a line of smartphones Qin 3. These are the heirs Qin 2, released in 2019, which retained its main advantages: miniature size and low prices.

The line consists of three models: the basic Qin 3, Qin 3 Pro with the same design but improved performance, and Qin 3 Ultra in an even more compact body and with even more powerful stuffing. True, the manufacturer does not name the processor itself: it is only stated that the Qin 3 uses an 8-core processor, and in more expensive models it is also 6-nm (Snapdragon 680 level).

Qin 3 features a 5.5-inch screen with a 5MP wide-angle front camera. The main camera has a resolution of 8 megapixels. The memory here is 4/64 GB. Qin 3 Pro has similar characteristics, only the memory is already 6/128 GB. Finally, Qin 3 Ultra was equipped with a 5.05-inch display with a hole for a selfie camera, it has 8/128 GB of memory.

It is reported that all three smartphones have protective mechanisms that prevent children from becoming addicted to gadgets. Probably, we are talking about a special version of the operating system with restrictions on viewing content.

The Duoqin Qin 3 was priced at 999 yuan, the Qin 3 Pro was priced at 1,399 yuan, and the Qin 3 Ultra was priced at 1,599 yuan. This is approximately 10,600, 14,800 and 16,900 rubles, respectively. Pre-order in China will last from January 20 to February 10, after which the new items will go on sale. Duoqin has previously released international versions of its smartphones, so these models may also be released outside of China.
