Errors due to the update server
Errors: 17, 1004, 1013, 1638, 3014, 3194, 3000, 3002, 3004, 3013, 3014, 3015, 3194, or 3200
These errors indicate a problem with the connection between your device and the Apple server. You can verify whether your Internet connection by visiting the web site «GS.APPLE.COM». If the site is opened or successfully climbed the 404 page, then your connection is OK. Nothing to worry about. You just have to wait until Apple server running, as expected. If you gives another site or page does not open, check your router settings and Wi-Fi connection or contact your Internet service provider.

Sometimes, for security applications such as antivirus software, are between iTunes and Apple servers. Disable the program.
Problems with USB and "iron"

If the problem persists, check the USB-ports and port on the iPhone / iPad. Try plugging the USB flash drive to a computer or any device, and iOS-device to another computer. Thus, you can understand which device is given a failure: the computer or mobile device from Apple.
