200 MP and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2: Galaxy S23 Ultra specifications appear on the Web

Samsung is due to unveil its new flagships in early 2023. There were no visual teasers from the manufacturer yet, but some details were leaked to the Web after the devices were certified. Thus, the Chinese regulator TENAA revealed important characteristics of the top model Galaxy S23 Ultra.
In particular, smartphone attributed the latest 200MP main camera, which combines pixels to capture incredibly sharp 12MP footage.
The heart of the novelty will be the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip with an increased clock speed of up to 3.36 GHz compared to 3.2 GHz in the standard version. Rumor has it that Samsung has no plans to release an Exynos version of the phone this time around.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra is also credited with:
- 6.8" Dynamic AMOLED screen with 3088Ă1440 resolution and 1-120Hz refresh rate;
- 8GB or 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB UFS 4.0 storage;
- 12MP wide-angle camera, 10MP telephoto lens for 3x optical zoom and periscope for 10x zoom;
- 40 MP front camera with f/2.2 aperture;
- 5,000 mAh battery with 45W fast charging and 15W Qi wireless charging;
- dust and water resistance (IP68).
The Samsung Galaxy S23 series is rumored to be officially announced as early as the first week of February 2023.
