1. Utilities will become more expensive

2. You can get a TIN through the "Public Services"

From December 1, apply for registration with the tax allowed through Public Services. This will require verified account, because the document must be signed with an unqualified electronic signature. The registration certificate will be sent there. The tax office must do this within five days.

All the old ways of registration: come to the tax office in person, apply through website inspections, and then pick up the form, contact the Federal Tax Service using regular mail - they work the same way.

3. CHI policy will receive a virtual duplicate

From December 1, it is not necessary to carry a physical MHI policy with you. Its electronic version available on "Gosuslugi" and show in clinics and hospitals in the form of a barcode on the smartphone screen. You must have your passport or birth certificate with you.

4. It is possible to install a hammam and an infrared cabin in the apartment

5. Fan ID will be needed more often

In order to enter stadiums during some competitions, fans must first obtain special identification cards. This measure appeared in mid-2022.
