Huawei introduced an updated monoblock MateStation X 2022

Together with a budget folding bed Pocket S and modular clock Watch GT Cyber Huawei has also unveiled a new version of its MateStation X monoblock. The computer received an Intel Core i9-12900H processor - a flagship chip, but from a mobile series.

The display here is a touchscreen 28.2-inch, with an IPS-matrix with a resolution of 3840 × 2560 pixels (3: 2 aspect ratio) and support for HDR400. It covers 100% of the sRGB color space and 98% of P3. Peak brightness 500 nits, refresh rate 60Hz.

To connect external devices, there are two USB-C connectors (with Thunderbolt 4) and USB-A 3.2 Gen 1. Due to the built-in stereo speakers, you can do without an additional audio system. A 1080p webcam is also included.

Like the previous generation, the novelty can be used as an external monitor for laptops or PCs. Also, the device can display applications from some Huawei smartphones and tablets, and in the case of tablets, you get identical color reproduction and Huawei M-Pencil support for quick image edits with computer.

Huawei MateStation X 2022 will go on sale on November 10, the price in China will be 11,999 and 12,999 yuan (≈103,200 and 111,800 rubles) for versions with 512 GB and 1 TB of memory, respectively. In both cases, you get 16GB of RAM. The package includes a keyboard with a fingerprint scanner and a wireless mouse, Windows 11 is preinstalled.
