If you have a sedentary job, then you know firsthand about the stiff back, pain in the neck and knees after a few hours at the table. All you need is to take breaks and warm up, but we often get carried away and forget about it. The Stretchy app will fix the situation.
It contains detailed video instructions for warming up, focusing on the parts of the body that bother you, as well as work session timers with different time intervals. In addition, Stretchy shows the statistics of your achievements, motivating you not to stop.
At the beginning, the application prompts you to select parts of the body on which to focus later: neck, back, legs. There is a Feeling Good option in case nothing hurts and you will be stretching for prevention. The option is easy to change at any time.
Next, you need to specify how many hours you want to work in order for the application to plan work sessions with breaks for stretching. The warm-up is performed at the beginning, then about once an hour and at the very end.
The exercises are accompanied by informative video instructions. The screen displays a timer, sequence of movements. You just need to repeat everything after the man in the video.
After the warm-up, the working period starts. The remaining minutes are also displayed on the screen. But you can minimize the application and not worry - when the warm-up time comes again, you will receive a notification on your smartphone and watch.
