Samsung's new feature allows you to block access to smartphone data for the period of repair

After initially appearing in Korea in July and then launching in the Chinese market in September, Samsung start implement Maintenance Mode worldwide. This feature allows you to block access to your personal data on the phone while it is being repaired or undergoing some kind of check.
Maintenance Mode is hidden in the Device Maintenance section of the settings. Activating it will block access to all applications, files, accounts and correspondence on the device.
Data and accounts generated by service center representatives in maintenance mode, and also apps downloaded from Galaxy store will be automatically deleted after exiting Maintenance mode. To do this, you will only need to enter the password and reboot the device.
Implementation of maintenance mode starts with Galaxy S21 and S22 series models with One UI 5, and later the feature will be available on many other smartphones of the company.
