In another container, combine both types of sugar, salt and the remaining warm milk. Stir to dissolve the sand.
Pour the flour into a deep bowl and make a well in the center. Add milk with sugar, room temperature egg, softened butter and yeast.
Mix and knead the dough on the table for about 5 minutes. It should become homogeneous, not sticky. Gather into a ball.
Lubricate a deep bowl with vegetable oil, put the dough there. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for about 2 hours.
The dough should double in size.
Take one ball and roll it into a sausage with your hands so that its edges are thicker than the entire middle.
Make a loose knot from the workpiece, as if from an ordinary rope. Slightly sharpen one thickened edge to make it look like a beak. On the other side, make small cuts to resemble a tail.
Whip up the yolk. Dip a toothpick into it and make two indentations where the lark will have "eyes". Stick a raisin in there. If the raisins are large, cut them first.
Blind the rest of the larks in the same way. Lay them out on baking sheets lined with parchment. Cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes.
Leave enough space between them, as the blanks will increase.
