By the best smartphone, we mean a flagship that offers the user not only the maximum of features and convenience, but also something completely new. This year deserves such a title iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Apple has once again demonstrated the ability to turn a strange flaw into an interesting feature. Yes, we are talking about Dynamic Island - an “island” in the middle of the screen at the top, which we managed to beat well and turn into a useful functional element. In 2022, even this feature seems to be something really fresh.

A remarkable detail only added to the already large list of advantages of the smartphone. It's still one of the most standalone flagships out there, with a great display and one of the best mobile cameras around.

The Apple smartphone had only four competitors. First, Google Pixel 7 Pro, pleased with the design and cameras, but, judging by the many tests, it was much inferior to the rival in autonomy.

Another variant, Galaxy S22 Ultra from Samsung, pleased with a chic zoom and a beautiful display, but in terms of usability, it clearly loses to both the iPhone and the Pixel. First of all, we would recommend it to those who really need a stylus.

Two more contenders One Plus 10 Pro And Xiaomi 12S Pro, offered an interesting price-performance ratio, but could not stand out with anything else. Their main weapon is accessibility, but even then only in relation to the flagships of Apple, Samsung and Google.
