The Apple every meeting begins five minutes after the appointed time. The employees called this phenomenon the "standard time AppleĀ» (Eng. Apple Standard Time). Where it went - not known. Probably, once one of the top-ranking positions simply come later. It was a great excuse for being late all the others and eventually become a tradition, an original part of the corporate culture.

2. Be aware of the exact time
Imagine that you are at a general meeting. Performance of one of the employees in full swing. But you looked at their schedule, as five minutes have to be on another meeting. Before the start of the meeting find a place where your field of vision will watch. So you can always know the exact time. Wait until the report comes a brief pause. And then announce that you have a couple minutes to get to another place. But always promise to come back to this discussion.
3. Hold meetings for interested employees every 2 weeks
Assembly it can be difficult to carry out in large companies, which will bring the desired results. Indeed, many employees may be uninterested in the meeting.
Set aside two hours to a meeting every two weeks. Spread on a group of employees who really want to discuss something. Give each group for half an hour. 4. Record 3 questions, the answers to which you want to get in the time of the meeting
Decide what you're going to a meeting. Then write three questions, the answers to which you would like to learn it. Whether you are listening or speaking. It takes only a few minutes. So would you describe the purpose of the meeting, which will be more useful.
If you find it difficult to come up with three questions, it is likely, the meeting can be canceled or postponed.
