Cut the apples into medium pieces, without affecting the core. You don't need to wash the fruits before. Place in a suitable size container.
If the apples are dirty, wipe them with a soft cloth.
Warm up the water so that it is slightly warmer than room temperature. Mix with sugar and add to apples along with raisins. Stir.
Install a water seal from above or fasten a glove with a puncture in one of the fingers.
If using a glove, secure it with tape or a rubber band so it doesn't come off.
Leave in a warm dark place for 3-4 weeks.
Try again in about 2 weeks. If the drink is sour, add another 1 kg of sugar. If the taste is sweet, this is not necessary.
Take a clean, soft tube, such as an IV. Dip one end into a container of wine, without bringing to the sediment. Dip the other into a clean vessel. Wait for the drink to overflow there.
Try not to touch the sediment that has fallen to the bottom. It can be additionally filtered at the end through cheesecloth, folded in several layers.
