Playboy to be relaunched digitally to compete with OnlyFans

The difference is expected to be one, but important: all models will be selected by curators.
Closed in 2020 Playboy magazine announced relaunch in digital format. It will be a platform for creators and viewers, similar to OnlyFans: it will allow models to share content with subscribers for a fee.
Playboy will borrow key features from OnlyFans, including monthly payments to access non-adult content and the ability to message models.
The model has already been tested on the Centerfold platform, which Playboy launched in December 2021. Fashion model and actress Amanda Czerny, who earned more than a million dollars on Centerfold, got on the digital cover of the revived Playboy.
The main difference between the platforms will be that anyone can create content on OnlyFans, while for Playboy, potential authors will be vetted by a team of curators.
When the full-fledged revival of Playboy will take place has not yet been specified: the site now only offers a banner with a fan page Amanda Czerny.
