Zoom Video Communication Platform announced several new functions of its Zoom IQ assistant at once. They are based on artificial intelligence algorithms and developed in partnership with OpenAI, which created ChatGPT. The company also announced the expansion of integration with third-party mail services and calendars.
The future Zoom IQ will be able to not only mark key moments of recorded meetings, as it is now, but also retell them for latecomers in real time. The AI assistant can even be asked clarifying questions.
In addition, the service will be able to systematize and visualize the abstracts of the meeting on a virtual board, sum up the results of the meeting, publish them in the Zoom Team chat and propose specific solutions work tasks.
Zoom IQ will be able to generate responses to colleagues, adapting to your communication style, as well as write emails and other work materials.
In addition, the company is expanding its integration with Google and Microsoft calendars and email services. They are now available in the Zoom sidebar.
