How to live on ULCAMP with the convenience and comfort

How to escape from insects
If more than anything in the nature of the insects annoy you, and you, as luck would have forgotten all home sprays, ointments and even fumigator, do not rush to get upset, pack your things and go back to: get help from people methods. How to keep warm in a tent
Reminder: on ULCAMP all participants live together in a camp. Therefore, if you still will be going to go to a conference, be sure to take your own tent or arrange with a friend to live together.
Living in a tent seems fabulous and romantic exactly as long as you do not start to freeze it at night. To prevent this in any case did not happen, think of everything in advance and in detail.
Bring a sleeping bag. Another thing, without which in nature with an overnight stay is better not to appear. At the stage of selecting a sleeping bag be sure to look at what temperature conditions it was designed. To comfortably sleep in a sleeping bag, shake it just before you go to, to evenly distribute the filling inside. How not to burn in the sun
Go on nature in summer and soak up the sun - all the same that to go to a ski resort and skiing. Everyone knows that in the good we ought not to forget to throw in a bag of a good sunscreen, but what if the memory is still let down?
- First of all, remember the time when the sun is most active. Do not even try sunbathing without protective cream from 11 to 15 hours, if you do not want to suffer later with burns.
- Most always burn shoulders, face and back. Therefore, close them as far as possible, even if a very, very hot. You save caps, hats, shawls, tunics and other things that can cover vulnerable to sunburn areas of the body.
- Replace sunscreen are olive and almond oils, but doubt that somewhere in nature, you will discover them. If you still find it, then go ahead and steal a field kitchen and quickly run out.

- Apply the cream on exposed skin (face, ears, hands, lips).
- Apply protective agent every two hours and again after each swim.

- Do not use sunscreen with expired shelf life.
If you still managed to get burnt, it is for you - the following instructions.
- Once you feel that the start be burnt, immediately get out of the sun. If you can not, then at least to cover the body of some clothes.
- After take a cool shower (again, if you can) or moisten with water damaged room to cool the skin. No harm will drink water (normal, non-carbonated, ambient temperature) to avoid dehydration.

What to take with you on ULCAMP?
