Indian flatbread with peas and cilantro in a frying pan

Grind green peas in a blender. Do not make a smooth puree, leave small pieces.
You can also use frozen peas. It must first be boiled for 4-5 minutes.
Cut the onion into small pieces. Pass the garlic through a press. Finely grate the ginger, half a teaspoon is enough. Chop cilantro.
Put the peas in the same pan. Fry for a few more minutes. Add cilantro, chili, garam masala, cumin and salt. Stir, remove from heat and set aside.
Take one piece of dough and roll it into a small cake. Put the filling in the middle and seal the edges towards the center. Turn over and roll out again to make a flat cake.
Heat up a skillet over medium heat. Put the cake on it and fry for a few minutes until the dough from the bottom begins to bubble slightly.
Use a non-stick pan.
Turn the cake over, brush lightly with oil and wait half a minute. Continue cooking, turning occasionally, until browned on both sides.
You can also use butter for lubrication.
