Anker launches GaNPrime series of compact chargers up to 150W
Miscellaneous / / July 26, 2022
One of them can work in power bank mode, two more will replace network extension cords.
Anker has launched a new range of GaNPrime chargers, which includes six devices. All new products received ActiveShield 2.0 technology to protect against overheating and Power IQ 4.0 technology to dynamically distribute power to the requirements of connected devices.
Charging doesn't check how many percent of the charge is available in each: instead, it prioritizes gadgets with the highest supported power, making sure the rest are also charging. For example, a laptop will be charged at 96 watts, and the remaining 54 watts will be distributed between a smartphone, headphones and a smart bracelet.
Anker 747
Flagship GaN charger for the US market. It has a power of 150W, which is distributed over four ports: three USB-C and one USB-A. At the same time, it is 38% smaller than GaN charging for Apple's 140W MacBook Pro.
Anker 747 was priced at $110 (≈6,400 rubles), it will go on sale on August 20.
Anker 727 Charging Station
Power splitter with 100W charging ports. The 18mm thin device accommodates two grounded outlets, and there are two USB-C and USB-A ports on the front. ActiveShield 2.0 is also here to make sure the station doesn't overheat, and while the power cord is removable, be careful not to lose it as the built-in three-pin port non-standard. It has already gone on sale in the US at a price of $95 (≈5,600 rubles).
Anker 733 Power Bank
The updated PowerCore power bank has a “plug” for normal charging at 65 watts. When disconnected from the network, you can count on 10,000 mAh of the built-in battery. For charging gadgets, there are two USB-C and one USB-A connectors. The manufacturer claims that it is possible to power the iPhone up to 50% in half an hour. The novelty has already gone on sale at a price of $100 (≈5,900 rubles).
Anker 615 Power Strip
The 65W power strip offers 2x USB-C and 1x USB-A. The silicone "cocoon" allows you to wrap the cable around the base and hide it so that nothing dangles. The device is already on sale at a price of $70 (≈4,100 rubles).
Anker 737 and 735
Two chargers, which were announced immediately for the European market, which means they are compatible with Russian sockets. Anker 737 120W offers two USB-C and one USB-A, sales in Europe will begin in August at a price of 95 euros (≈5,600 rubles).
