FastStone Image Viewer - free and a portable image viewer

I think the best of the free this program. Distinguished by its simplicity, elegance, rich functionality and a fantastic performance.

I will not dwell on the interface - it is quite standard, except for skins that stylize views for different operating systems. I will focus on the features that I like.
