Affordable Poco C40 unveiled with 6,000 mAh battery

The global announcement of the budget smartphone Poco C40 is scheduled only for June 16, but the Vietnamese division of the company decided not to wait, publishing all data about the new product, including the price.

The device received a plastic case, a screen with a diagonal of 6.71″ and a resolution of 1560 × 720 pixels (HD+). Peak brightness is 400 nits. At the top of the display, there is a cutout for a 5MP selfie camera. The bezel is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

Inside, the smartphone has a new unknown JLQ JR10 processor. It has 8 cores up to 2GHz. Memory: 4 GB RAM and 64 GB built-in. There is also a microSD card slot.

The main camera is represented by modules of 13 and 2 megapixels (depth sensor). Battery – 6,000 mAh with support for 18W charging via USB Type-C, but only a 10W adapter is included.

Among other things: a 3.5 mm port, 4G, dual-band Wi-Fi, two SIM cards, a fingerprint scanner on the back. Poco C40 runs on Android 11 with MIUI skin. It will cost from $150 (≈9,200 rubles).
