Schedulist - a service for scheduling tasks and saving interesting ideas

For productive work, we need to create an agenda and distribute important tasks for weeks ahead, so as not to forget anything and keep the process of achieving goals under control.

The Schedulist service helps you conveniently and quickly plan things, as well as write down important thoughts. In it, you can schedule tasks for the day, week and month. It's also easy to add ideas with images and links if text alone isn't enough.

The main Home screen contains a to-do list, which is divided by time into completed tasks in the past, current items for today, and plans for the future.

For each task, you must specify a name and a text description. In the details field, you can create a checklist and a list of sub-items to complete. The card also has comments and completion time settings.

Another planning option is a regularly recurring task. In this case, the choice of days of the week or specific dates in the calendar is available. You also need to specify the exact start time for the task.

In the Collections section, created cards are grouped by lists and tags. Tasks or ideas that are common in meaning can be collected into editable lists, and then sent to colleagues by mail or via instant messengers. All invitees will also need to have a Schedulist account in order to collaborate.

You can add tags to the names of the cards, according to which they will be distributed to the corresponding categories from the Collections section. Tasks from lists and tags are also divided by time into today's and later.

Schedulist is available not only on the web, but also on iOS and Android. Mobile apps have all the same tools and features. Here you can also quickly add new cards and plan tasks in detail.

In the Insights section, deadline statistics are generated, which can be viewed by day and hour. The More menu contains account settings, search by tasks, hot keys, as well as Integrations and Apps & extensions items.

Schedulist is able to sync with Google calendar, Trello and Github projects, compatible with Microsoft Office 365 and Zapier automation service. You can connect a connection to them in the Integrations menu.

Apps & extensions contains links to install an extension for Chrome, Firefox and Edge browsers, which helps you quickly save paths to any web pages into separate Schedulist cards.
