Sber reported problems connecting new devices to its smart home platform

Appeared on the Sber Devices website a warningthat users of the Sber smart home platform in the coming days may encounter difficulties in connecting new devices. The company assures that this is a temporary problem that is already being solved.
So, on May 5, the LED strips were restored to working capacity - they can again be connected to the platform through the Salyut application for Android. On iOS, a fix is expected soon.
At the moment, there are problems with connecting new lamps, sockets and Sber relays. As the reason, difficulties with the cloud infrastructure provided by the partner are indicated.
Those who don't want to wait for everything to work can return new devices and receive a refund of their full cost. This can be done at the retail network where they were purchased, or through a special online form - if the gadgets were bought on the SberDevices website, in the Salyut app, or at a bank branch.
Partner devices, as well as previously connected Sber smart home gadgets, work stably.
