Hulu will revive "Futurama" - 20 new episodes are being prepared

How did it become known Variety, the streaming service Hulu, has ordered 20 new episodes of the animated comedy series Futurama. The project will be revived by Matt Groening and David S. Cohen, who worked on the original show as well as The Simpsons.
Almost all the key dubbing actors will return. Among them: Billy West, Katey Sagal, Tress MacNeil, Maurice LaMarche, Lauren Tom, Phil Lamarr and David Herman. John DiMaggio, who voiced Bender, has not yet confirmed his participation, but the producers hope that he will join.
The production of the new Futurama series is set to begin this month and will premiere next year.
The original Futurama aired from 1999 to 2013. In 14 years, 7 seasons and 140 episodes in total have been released. The series was nominated for 14 Emmy Awards, winning 6 of them, including twice for Outstanding Animated Program and Individual Achievement in Animation. LaMarche won awards for best dubbing twice.
