These hilarious independent filmmakers and the latest in mainstream cinema are worth checking out.
1. Swingers

For the sake of thrill, two completely different couples decide to switch partners for a while. But the spicy experiment eventually turns into a whole series of ridiculous incidents.
The comedy "Swingers" was first released in Latvia in 2016 and was a huge success. The film has already received Estonian, Ukrainian, Norwegian, Polish, Danish and Dutch versions, and now a Russian remake with Dmitry Nagiyev is being released.

Critics are delighted with Licorice Pizza and call the picture the sunniest and kindest film by Paul Thomas Anderson. The stars of the first magnitude are in secondary roles, but little-known debutants played the main characters.

The rom-com with Jennifer Lopez and Owen Wilson was directed by Kat Coiro, who previously worked mainly on TV series ("Shameless", "Brooklyn 9-9"," It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia "). And the audience seems to have a lot of musical inserts.
5. Worst man ever

A young woman, Julie, is dating an older comic book writer. On the threshold of her thirties, the heroine is trying to figure out what to do next with her life and whether it is worth breaking the connection with her boyfriend. Moreover, she is planning a new romance.
This non-standard rom-com was filmed by the Norwegian film director and screenwriter Joakim Trier - by the way, a distant relative of the Dane Lars von Trier. The world premiere took place back in the summer of 2021 at the Cannes Film Festival, from where the film left with an award: actress Renate Reinswe won the Best Actress award. But the picture will reach Russia only in February 2022.
6. Great Dane

But by 2022, he managed to restart his career - and in large part thanks to an ironic attitude towards himself. At this stage, roles in such unusual experimental projects as "Crazy Parents" (2017), "Mandy"(2017)," Willy's Wonderland "(2020) and" Pig "(2021).
It seems that the satirical metacomedy "The Unbearable Weight of Enormous Talent" fits perfectly into this series. In the film, Nicolas Cage literally plays himself - an aged actor on the verge of bankruptcy, whose career is rapidly going downhill. The hero will have to face his past in the form of the ghost of young Cage and work undercover for the CIA.

There is no trailer yet, but details about the new product regularly appear in the online publications. So, it is already known that the premiere is scheduled for the summer, and the role of Jane Foster will return Natalie Portman. According to the plot, her heroine will receive the power of Thor, as it was in the comics.
