Telegram got the last update in 2021, in which 6 new features and changes appeared at once.

In the settings, you can select an emoji for a quick reaction to a message (activated by double clicking on a message). In private chats, reactions will always be enabled, and in group chats, administrators can enable or disable this feature. They also choose which emoji will be available to participants - for example, you can turn off everything except hearts, which will be used instead of likes.

Hidden text

Now the "Hidden" option has appeared in the text style selection menu - it allows you to hide part of the message. To view the hidden text, just click on it. To go to the choice of style, select the entered text, go to the editor (icon "B / I") and select "Hidden".

Translation of messages

Now you can translate any message into your language without leaving the messenger. To do this, just hold down the message and select "Translate" in the context menu. The function works on iOS 15 and newer, there are no restrictions for Android.

QR codes with design settings

Now you can quickly generate a QR code for any channel or user with a public link and customize the appearance. After that, the code can be saved, printed, sent via Telegram. To do this, just open the required profile and click on the icon with the image of the QR code.
