Prepare the egg and butter mixture separately. First, whisk the soft butter into the cream and sugar, and then, without stopping the mixer, add the eggs to the mass, one at a time. Vinegar is poured into the oil mixture last.
Prepare tea leaves. Black tea with a pronounced taste and aroma is best suited. Grind the ingredient with a blender or grind in a mortar to a near-powdery state so you don't have to chew the leaves.
Divide the dough into eight portions, roll each into a ball and roll in the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Sprinkling sugar is optional, but it adds more sweetness to the liver and provides a light crunchy shell.
Spread the dough portions on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving enough space between them as heat will spread them. Bake at 190 degrees for 17-20 minutes, or until the surface is lightly blushed and the edges are hard.
