Rice with hearts and vegetables

The rice in this simple and hearty dish for dinner turns out to be crumbly and aromatic, while vegetables with hearts remain juicy and tender.

Ingredients
- Chicken hearts 800 g
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrots 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. spoons
- Frozen green beans 200 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Ground coriander to taste
- Rice 500 g
Cooking method
Cut off fat and blood vessels from chicken hearts. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Peel the carrots and cut into thin strips.
Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan with a thick bottom, fry the hearts over high heat for 7-8 minutes.
Add the onion to the hearts, stir and fry for another 5-6 minutes.
Add carrots, green beans, salt and spices to taste into a saucepan, stir and simmer for 7-8 minutes.
Rinse the rice several times in cold water, add to a saucepan and smooth with a spatula. Do not mix cereals with vegetables!
Pour enough hot water into a saucepan to completely cover the rice.
Cook the dish covered over low heat for 20-25 minutes, then stir well.
