Chicken salad with mushrooms and prunes

Prepare a hearty puff salad with chicken and prunes for the holiday. You will surely love their combination with cheese, eggs and fresh cucumber.

Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 200-250 g
- Potatoes 2-3 pieces
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Prunes 150 g
- Cheese 100 g
- Large fresh cucumber 1 piece
- Champignons 200 g
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. spoon
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Salt to taste
- Greens to taste

Boil chicken fillet and potatoes separately for about 25 minutes, eggs - hard-boiled in 10 minutes. Cool it down.

Cut the chicken, potatoes and prunes into small pieces.
Grate eggs and cheese on a coarse grater.
Grate the cucumber and squeeze lightly to remove excess moisture.
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces. Fry in a skillet with oil for about 5 minutes, until the liquid evaporates. Season with salt and pepper, cool.

Layer prunes, chicken, potatoes, mushrooms, eggs, cheese. Grease each layer with mayonnaise or cover with a mesh of it.
If desired, the ingredients can be lightly salted.
Garnish the finished salad with grated cucumber and herbs on top.
