It is no secret that when people are desperate to solve their own problems, they turn to specialists psychology of communication. It concerns and the search for happiness, as is often the absence of this sensation deprives our life colors.
Carl Jung one of the greatest psychologists, the founder of one of the directions of depth psychology, shared his thoughts on this matter in an interview with a journalist Gordon Young in 1960.
Thus, the 5 components, which in his opinion are the basis for human happiness:
1. Good physical and mental health.
2. Good personal and intimate relationships (family, friends, marriage)
3. Ability to perceive the beauty in nature and art.
4.Umerenny way of life and job satisfaction.
5. Philosophical or religious point of view, which helps to cope with the vicissitudes of fate.
He also added that sometimes the presence of all five factors is not a guarantee of happiness, like everything did not look perfect.
